• Cancellation Policy: Once an order is processed by Utkalika, it cannot be cancelled. This is because our team immediately begins the process of preparing and shipping your handmade products to ensure timely delivery. We kindly ask our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase to avoid any inconveniences.
